The jewish term Kosher means suited and indicates the respect of a series of religious statements that rule jewish alimentation. To receive the Kosher certification a product needs to be processed following a series of jew rules and customs, and needs to be processed using only ingredients and machinery that need to be certified themselves.

NFS GlobalGAP
The protocol Global Gap is born in 1997 under the great expectancies of all the largest food trading companies in Europe. It rules out a trading and production system that guarantees safety and traceability of the product for the consumer, environmental friendliness and safe working conditions for the workers involved.
The widespread success attained by this standard of production brought it recognition worldwide and brought to life a new version Globalgap-IFA version 4 for fruit and vegetables that’s been mandatory since genuary first 2012.
