Fried wild onions
After cleaning and netting (removing the most outer layers) the onions they must be placed in a water container and left to rest for three days, changing the water every day.
After boiling and seasoning them with salt and pepper, the can be covered in fring batter and fried in seed oil until the are gleaming gold, serve hot.
