Dried tomato salad: 4 people
Ingredients:
Dried tomatoes 100g
Water 500ml
Extra virgin olive oil
Origan
Capers 2 tablespoons
Black olives
Submerge the tomatoes in water for 3 hours. Drip the tomatoes and lightly dry them season as desired.
